It's Tuesday somewhere in your body right now. Start there.

The scale isn't your enemy. The story you tell about it is.

Protein first. Everything else is a negotiation.

Hit the floor before you spend on the fun stuff.

A bad meal is a meal, not a verdict.

The next twenty are what matter. Don't torch the week over one dinner.

Tired isn't weak. Ignoring tired is stupid.

When your HRV's in the basement, you rest. That's not soft — that's strategy.

If nobody sees it, it didn't happen.

Logging in the dark is just lying with extra steps. I see all of it.
