No legalese, no buried clauses. Here's what Gunny touches, where it lives, and what we'll never do with it.

What Gunny reads

The meals you log — by photo, voice, or barcode — and the Apple Health data you choose to share: things like HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, weight, and steps. You decide what's on. You can turn any of it off in Settings, any time.

Where it lives

On your iPhone, and in your private iCloud account. Your health history syncs through Apple's encrypted iCloud — it's not parked on our servers for us to mine. Your data belongs to you, not to us.

When it leaves your phone

Only to coach you. When you log a meal or ask for a brief, the details needed to answer go to our coaching engine, generate a response, and come back. We don't sell your data, we don't run ads against it, and we don't hand it to data brokers. Not now, not later.

Your email

If you join early access, we keep your email so we can tell you when it's your turn — and, if you opt in, send the occasional update. Leave any time. Gunny won't beg.

Your call, always
